Loco Shed

Direction

It is the only surviving steam loco shed in India and houses some of India’s last surviving steam locomotives and world’s oldest still-functional 1855-built steam locomotive Fairy Queen (locomotive) tourist train was restored here. It is located 400 meter north of entrance of Rewari railway [1]station, 50 km from Gurgaon and 79 km from the National Rail Museum at Chanakyapuri in New Delhi.

From Delhi: Rewari junction is connected by a good railway network. From Old Delhi to Rewari Distance about 80 Km. Ranikhet, Ajmer Shtbdi, Porbandar express, ashram express are some of the trains that stop at this junction.

By Road

From Delhi: From Delhi Sarai Kale Khan ISBT to Rewari Distance about 95 km on National Highway No.48. Buses are available for Rewari every 15 minute from Delhi Sarai Kale Khan ISBT via Gurgaon.
