REGARDING VIDHAN SABHA ELECTION ORDER UNDER SECTION 163 OF BHARTIYA NAGRIK SURAKSHA SANHITA, 2023

Order of Election Regarding the use of loudspeakers cannot be stopped altogether during the election period but at the same time, indiscriminate and unfettered use of loudspeakers at odd hours and at odd places at very high volumes which have the effect of disturbing peace and tranquility and ausing annoyance to the general public, the sick and the student community in particular cannot be permitted.

Order of Election Regarding obstruction or injury to person, danger to human life and property disturbance to public peace and tranquility within the revenue limits of District Rewari on account of forthcoming Haryana Legislative Assembly Gencral Election-2024. The immediate measures are desirable for the prevention of disturbance of public place.
