View DetailsOrder – Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, Home, Jail, Criminal Investigation and Department of Justice Administration, Chandigarh has informed that the festival of Eid-ul-Azha / Bakrid throughout the year of India on August 01, 2020 (in the event of moon rising). Will be celebrated On this occasion, instructions have been given to maintain peace and law and order at religious places located in the district and to follow the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India from time to time regarding Kovid-19. Apart from this, on this occasion, strict monitoring has been given by anti-social elements to upload objectionable posts on social media or to take strict action in relation to blocking / removing these posts. Therefore, in order to maintain law and order, using the powers contained in Section 220 and 23 (1) of Criminal Procedure Code 1973, duty magistrates are appointed as follows.
